I offer 1:1 training sessions with me and a bespoke programme to follow at home, I will teach you to understand nutritious choices for your body- not a ‘diet’! – we’re looking to add food not take it away.
The area I have specialised in is core recovery and exercise programming. This is not just for postnatal mums it’s for ALL of us ladies. Treating the body as as a whole, we look at breathing, posture, core connection, pelvic floor activation and nutrition to feed and heal your body. This affects all of us particularly after giving birth, whether that’s 6 weeks ago or 16 years ago.
